(For Parasites, Brain Fog, and Full-Body Detox)
I get it — the idea of doing a coffee enema sounds weird at first.
I resisted them as well. I’d read about the benefits… but I was skeptical and afraid. Let’s be honest — who wants to put coffee up their butt?
But in a moment of desperation, I finally gave in and tried one. What happened next was undeniable.
The mental clarity, the physical relief, and the things that came out — it was one of the biggest shifts I’d ever felt in my body.
Now, I’ve done hundreds of enemas of all types — but coffee enemas remain one of my favorite and most reliable tools for healing, clarity, and deep detox.
So… What Is a Coffee Enema, Really?
A coffee enema is a type of colon cleanse where you insert brewed, organic coffee into the rectum using an enema bag or bucket. You hold the coffee inside for as long as possible aiming for 10–15 minutes while lying on your right side, and during that time, the coffee is absorbed through the colon wall into the hepatic portal vein, where it reaches the liver.
And this is where the magic happens!
Unlike drinking coffee — which stimulates your nervous system — a coffee enema works directly on your liver and gallbladder, stimulating them to release bile, toxins, metabolic waste and parasites of all types including rope worms.
It’s one of the most direct, affordable, and fast-acting detox tools available.
Why Do Coffee Enemas Work So Well?
Here’s what makes them so powerful — especially if you’re cleansing parasites or dealing with long-standing inflammation, fatigue, or brain fog:
1. They Trigger a Glutathione Surge
Glutathione is often called the body’s master antioxidant. It plays a critical role in detoxing heavy metals, mold, plastics, chemicals, mycotoxins, and more.
Studies show that coffee enemas can stimulate the liver to produce up to 600% more glutathione than baseline levels. That’s a massive boost to your detox pathways, especially if you’re struggling with brain fog, sluggishness, or sensitivity to environmental toxins.
This also makes them a powerful tool for people dealing with:
- Lyme disease
- Mold exposure
- Candida or SIBO
- Rope Worms
- Gal Stones
- Flukes
- Parasites (especially during die-off)
- Post-COVID fatigue
- Chemotherapy or medication detox
- Herx Reaction
2. They Clear Brain Fog — Fast
This is probably the biggest reason people try coffee enemas… and stick with them.
Within minutes, you can go from mentally foggy, irritable, and dull — to clear, calm, and focused.
It’s hard to describe unless you’ve felt it. But I’ve had days where I felt mentally scattered and tired no matter what I ate or how much I slept. Then I’d do a coffee enema… and it was like someone hit the “reset” button on my brain.
Clients often say things like:
“It feels like my head is finally on straight again.”
“It’s the first time I’ve felt grounded in days.”
“I didn’t even realize how toxic I felt until it lifted.”
And the best part? No jitters — just clarity.
3. They Help Remove Parasites Including Rope Worms
This is where things get real.
I’ve seen rope worms, flukes, mucus, biofilm, and things I couldn’t identify come out after coffee enemas — and I’m not the only one.
Rope worms in particular are stubborn and tend to cling to intestinal walls under layers of biofilm. When timed correctly (especially during a full moon), coffee enemas help:
- Loosen mucus and debris
- Kill rope worms and other parasites
- Trigger bile release (which is antimicrobial and cleansing)
- Create pressure that helps expel worms and gunk
- Improve peristalsis (gut movement)
I always do a water enema right before and follow up with a water enema about 6–12 hours later to flush out anything that was loosened or killed. This combo has helped me pass incredible amounts of parasites over the years!
4. They Calm Candida and Gut Inflammation
If your gut feels inflamed, reactive, or like it’s constantly “on edge,” coffee enemas can help soothe the fire.
They reduce toxic load, calm histamine responses, and help break the cycle of:
- Bloating
- Cramping
- Sugar cravings
- Stool irregularity
- Emotional reactivity
They’re especially helpful during candida die-off, when you feel foggy, gassy, and irritated.
By triggering liver detox and bile flow, they relieve some of the burden on your digestive tract and immune system.
5. They Relieve Bloating, Constipation, and That “Stuck” Feeling
You know that feeling when your whole body just feels backed up? Bloated, irritable, foggy, and heavy?
Coffee enemas are one of the quickest ways to reset and clear that energetic and physical heaviness.
They don’t just relieve constipation — they often release pressure that you didn’t even know was building. People describe feeling:
- Lighter
- Less puffy
- More emotionally stable
- Less “trapped” in their body
If you’ve tried magnesium, teas, or fiber and still feel stuck — this might be the tool that breaks the cycle.
My Personal Experience
Like I said — I was skeptical at first.
I had read about coffee enemas for years, but I brushed them off. They seemed extreme, messy, or just… too weird. But when nothing else was working, I gave in.
Now I’ve done hundreds of enemas — coffee, eucalyptus, apple cider vinegar, cistus, MMS, and more. And I can confidently say: coffee enemas have made one of the biggest differences in my energy, my clarity, and my ability to keep healing.
And here’s the wild part:
Even though I’m pretty sensitive to caffeine (if I drink more than acup of coffee, I feel really off), I can do a coffee enema right before bed — and sleep like a baby.
There have been times I’ve gone three or four nights with terrible sleep… then I do a coffee enema and suddenly I’m sleeping deeply again. That’s parasite load, liver burden, and gut tension being released.
What Comes Out?
Everyone is different. But here’s what I (and others I’ve worked with) have seen come out:
- Rope worms (long, mucousy strands)
- Flukes (rolled up tomato-shaped)
- Biofilm (slimy sheets or mucus globs)
- Gallstones (greenish pebbles or sludge)
- Yeast and candida (white, foamy clumps)
- Undigested food or stagnant bile
- Emotional heaviness (yes, that too)
The process can be surprising — even confronting. But it’s also incredibly empowering.
Tips to Get Started (Without Overwhelm)
If you’re brand new to coffee enemas, here’s what I suggest:
1. Only use Certified Organic coffee – I like Medium Dark or Dark roast
– Some people add a teaspoon of molasses
2. Use reverse osmosis or distilled water to brew
– Avoid fluoride and chlorine filled tap water
3. Lie on your right side
– This allows the coffee to access the liver through the portal vein
4. Breathe, relax, massage abdomen and don’t rush
– The first few times may feel awkward — that’s totally normal
5. Journal how you feel afterward
– This helps you track your progress and patterns
When and How Often?
Some people do coffee enemas daily during deep cleansing phases. Others use them weekly or only during full moons or die-off flares.
Personally, I go through cycles — sometimes doing them a couple times a week, other times just once a month.
When symptoms return (like brain fog, anxiety, or bloating), I know it’s time for another one.
Want to Try One — But Feeling Nervous?
If the idea of doing a coffee enema feels a little intimidating or confusing, I totally get it — I’ve been there.
But here’s what I’ve learned: it’s less scary than it seems and it’s worth it
And most importantly — it works.
If you’re dealing with:
- Brain fog
- Gut issues
- Parasite cleansing
- Mold detox
- Sluggish liver
- Emotional overwhelm
…this might be one of the most powerful tools in your entire detox toolkit.
